What does InstaGo do with the information after my consultation session?

After your consultation session, you will get an invoice containing a payment estimate that covers all your needs, as discussed with our team.
We will craft a tailored plan and itinerary specifically for you, having your budget in mind.
Note that; your consultation fee will be subtracted from this invoice; making it FREE for our devoted clients.

Why do I need to book a consultation?

Booking a consultation with us is the best way to get personalized advice and information about your travel plans. During this session, we will discuss your needs, budgets and your expected experiences. We also address all your questions and concerns you may have about traveling. This allows us to provide you with tailored recommendations and support that meets your expectations and fits your budget.

Can you provide me with informations or suggestions prior to a consultation?

Unfortunately, we do not provide information or suggestions prior to a consultation.
The purpose of the consultation is to provide personalized advice and information based on your individual needs, budget and preferences.

Is the consultation free?

NO and YES
We do have a standard fee associated with our consultation services. However, if you decide to go forward with our services after a consultation session with us, your consultation fee will be subtracted from your final invoice, making it FREE for our devoted clients.
In a situation where you do not move forward with us, your consultation fee will be NON REFUNDABLE as we have already provided our services to you.

What should I expect during the consultation?

During your consultation session, you will be able to share your concerns with our expert travel consultants. They will ask relevant questions tailored to your requested service, take down your budget, specific needs, discuss your requirements and general details of your trip and you will in turn, have the opportunity to ask questions and get recommendations for your travel plans.

How long is my consultation session?

your consultation session will last for 30 minutes.

What if l'm not satisfied with my consultation and I have more questions to ask when I have exhausted my time what do I do ?

In any event in which you are not satisfied with our consultation or you have additional inquiries to make after your time for consultation has exhausted, kindly send an email to us at booking@instagoedtravels.com and your questions would be addressed amicably.

Can I request two invoices on one booking?

unfortunately, you cannot . Consultations are where we ask tailored questions to help prepare the perfect plan for just you. Invoices are only issued after the specific information is received from you. To get separate invoices, you need to book a consultation for two separate purposes.

What happens when I miss my consultation session?

You will be rescheduled for another meeting. If you miss the second  meeting, you will be directed to fill a questionnaire offline. Subsequent inquiries and questions will be entertained via email.

Refund policy

At instaGo, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of payment.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the services must not have entered the processing stage.
  2. Non-Refundable Services

    • Services that have begun processing are not eligible for a refund. This includes any preparatory work, initial consultations, or any stage where work has commenced.
  3. Refund Request Process

    • To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer support team at info@instagoedtravels.com
    • Provide your order details, proof of payment, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
  4. Processing Refunds

    • Once a refund request is received and verified that the services have not begun processing, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  5. Exceptions

    • In exceptional cases, where a service begins processing within the 24-hour window, and the client requests a refund within this time, the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
